Orders & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled. This is in accordance with our banking provider’s e-commerce requirements.
If an item you have ordered is unavailable, discontinued, or no longer in production, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, back order, or refund where appropriate.

All content on this site, including text, images, branding and design, is the intellectual property of Curls Naturally and may not be reproduced without permission.
GST & Pricing
Curls Naturally is a New Zealand registered business and is GST registered.
All prices displayed on this site include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Prices, product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.
Resale
If you choose to on-sell products purchased from Curls Naturally, you may not represent yourself as a Distributor, Partner, Representative or Agent of Curls Naturally or The Curl Next Door.

Payments & Security
We do not have access to your credit card information.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within one working day of confirmed payment, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is deemed to occur when goods are handed to the courier. Risk passes to the purchaser upon dispatch.
While we work with reputable courier services, we are not liable for delays, loss or damage occurring in transit. In the event of a courier-accepted claim, compensation will be provided in the form of replacement goods where possible.
Please contact us within 5 working days if your delivery has not arrived.
Returns & Faulty Goods
Our Returns, Exchanges and Replacements policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and can be found on the Customer Services page.
If goods are confirmed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
