Innersense™ I Create Volume is a lightweight styling lotion designed to provide exceptional slip, flexible styling support and natural movement while helping prepare the hair for styling.

Formulated with Certified Organic Aloe Vera, Honey, Hydrolysed Rice Protein and botanical extracts, it distributes effortlessly through soaking wet hair, encouraging even product distribution and beautifully hydrated curl formation.

Despite its name, I don't think of this primarily as a volumising product. Rather than creating volume itself, I find its greatest strength is the beautiful slip it provides. For many people it becomes the perfect styling primer beneath stronger hold products, while others may find it provides all the styling support they need on its own.

DONNA'S PROFESSIONAL NOTES:

• I'll be honest, I don't think the name I Create Volume accurately describes what this product does.

• It doesn't create volume in the sense of expanding the hair fibre, lifting the roots, or somehow adding space between the hairs.

• What it does beautifully is provide exceptional slip and a lighter level of hold. For hair that naturally wants to expand, that lighter hold simply allows its natural volume to remain.

• On finer hair, however, I often find the opposite can happen. The beautiful slip encourages smaller, more cohesive curl clumps, which can actually create less visible volume while increasing definition.

• For me, this has become the perfect styling primer. I use it to create a beautifully hydrated foundation before layering a stronger styling product over the top.

• Equally, if your hair naturally holds its shape well—or you simply prefer a softer finish with less hold—this may be all the styling product you need.

• Like many Innersense products, it is highly concentrated. Start with less than you think you'll need and adjust to suit your hair.

• As always, styling products are only one part of the equation. Water, application technique and drying method all contribute to the final result.

DIRECTIONS:
Apply evenly through soaking wet hair.

Distribute from roots to ends using your preferred styling technique, such as raking, praying hands or scrunching.

Add additional water if required to encourage curl clumping.

Use alone for lightweight styling, or layer beneath a stronger styling product for increased hold and longevity.

Allow to air dry or diffuse as desired.
