Bounce Curl™ Define EdgeLift Brush - Curl Styling Tool for Definition & Clumping

The Define EdgeLift Brush is designed to create larger, more cohesive curl families during the styling stage.

Unlike the Volume version (which encourages smaller groupings and more lift), the Define brush features wider spacing between the lateral edges. This supports broader curl clumps and a more unified, polished finish.

This is not simply a detangling brush.
It is a tension tool that refines curl formation before drying.

• Creating larger, more defined curl clumps
• Reducing frizz through controlled tension
• Wavy, curly and coily hair types
• Styling while applying product in one step

DONNA'S PROFESSIONAL NOTES:

• Detangling + styling combined. I find this suitable for detangling while simultaneously applying product on most heads of hair.

• Very tight textures. When working with tighter curl patterns, I am likely to detangle first using an alternative tool, depending on density and shrinkage.

• Tension refines the result. The bristles smooth the fibre, reinforced as the hair glides over the edge of the brush. Pulling at a steeper angle increases resistance and can encourage more ribbony, tubular ringlets if that is your goal.

• Section size determines outcome. Smaller sections create more curl groupings. Larger sections form broader curl families with a more cohesive finish.

• A word of care. Highly tubular ringlets — particularly on long, fine strands — should be gently separated in the days following wash day to prevent interlocking. Always observe your fibre behaviour.

CLEANING:
Remove hair from bristles.
Spray with alcohol or gentle cleanser (max 10 minutes).
Rinse and air dry completely.
