Amanda, the creator of 'Rosemary+Mint Co-Wash' direct from the USA, says that life is like a recipe with all the perfect ingredients.

Inspired by the many conditioners that she's worked with over her 25 years behind the chair as a professional hair stylist, Amanda now handcrafts 'Rosemary+Mint Co-Wash' in small batches (8 at a time to be exact!), using simple ingredients with purpose.

Good for all hair types.

Can be used as a conditioner, as a co-wash, or as a leave-in.

Apply conditioner to wet hair. Use fingertips to massage into the scalp, gliding through to the ends. Leave 2-5 minutes. Rinse as needed.

Behentrimonium methosulfate acts as an ingredient to aid slip, improve the feel of the hair, prevent static and flyaways, and soften the hair. It reduces the friction between the hair shafts, giving you a feeling of 'slip' and improving the general feel and manageability of your hair. By reducing friction between the hair shafts it can also help to reduce breakage and damage. When the friction between the hairs is reduced they are less likely to tangle and break.

Cetyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol, not a short-chain drying alcohol, and acts an emollient and aids slip and manageability.

Abyssinian Oil contains an abundance of vitamins A and E, plus an omega-6 fatty acid called linoleic acid. It is known for aiding in manageability, protection and strengthening of the hair fibres.

Jojoba oil helps prevent hair breakage and strengthens hair strands. It can also be helpful in treating dandruff, dry scalp, and itchy scalp.

Acetic Acid assists in regulating the scalp's pH balance. A healthy pH balance helps eliminate and prevent dandruff. Acetic Acid also eliminates accumulated oils on the scalp, helps to dissolve impurities, and removes residue from build-up. Acetic Acid also brings shine and seals the cuticle.

Rosemary oil helps with blood circulation to the scalp. People of the Mediterranean countries, such as France, Spain and Italy, have been using rosemary for centuries for hair care; they often use rosemary in a hair rinse to condition the hair. In addition, many people believe that rosemary oil is capable of stimulating hair growth, due to the properties rosemary possesses.

Menthol Oil is described as being an oil with antimicrobial, insecticidal and pesticidal properties, as well as being analgesic and anaesthetising. Get ready for an invigorating sensation when using as part of your hair routine! Due to it's vasodilating properties, it can increase blood flow to the hair follicles, potentially improving hair growth and preventing some hair loss.

Tea tree oil can unclog hair follicles and has numerous antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. These properties all benefit the hair and scalp by removing build-up of dead skin cells, oil and products, increasing oxygen and nutrient supply to the hair follicles and treating and protecting the scalp from infections.
